LARNED- Lloyd F. Zink. 74, died June 18, 1994, at Central Kansas Medical Center, St. Rose Campus, Great Bend.
He was born May 12, 1920, at Radium, the son of Lotus Oswald and Ethel Florence Cromer Zink. A longtime Larned resident, owned and operated Lloys's Drive In for 20 years, before working for the city of Larned as a power plant operator. He retired in 1986.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Larned, and the American Legion, He was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II.
On Jan. 22, 1943, he married Eleanor Berglund at Larned. She survives.
Other survivors include: two sons, Larry, Harper, and Joe, Larned, a brother , Clarence, Larned: two sisters, Shirley Edwards, Plano, Texas, and Doris Clutter, Larned, six grandchildren and a great grandchild.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned, with the Rev. Phil Fischer presiding. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery.
