Wife of William Edgar Keltner, sister to Alva Eunice Beard, dau of Zachariah Thomas Beard and Sarah Elizabeth Pickett Beard

Mrs. Maggie Lee Keltner, 82, of Route 1, Campbellsville, died Thursday morning, February 6, 1969, at the Taylor County Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Betty Pickett and Zachariah Beard, born September 14, 1887, in Adair County. She was married August 18, 1909, to William Ed Keltner, who preceded her in death in 1948. Mrs. Keltner was a member of the Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Clinton Tharp, Mrs. Carlie Smith, and Mrs. Raymond Furkin; two sons, Calvin and Clyde Keltner, all of Campbellsville; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday morning at the Lyon Funeral Home with the Revs. Bennie Wood and Calvin Mouser officiating. Burial was in Brookside Cemetery. Active and honorary pallbearers were: Floyd Hensley, Herman Allen, Carl Wise, Bobby Benningfield, Don Antle, Glen Goodin, Auburn Hayes, Alvin Barnett, C.L.
