Joyce was my Grandmas sister. I have fond memories of her for she was a very loving and caring person.

Mrs. August (Joyce) Arbeiter, 73, Green Bay, died Monday, March 6, 2006, at a local nursing home. She was born October 7, 1932, to the late John and Ora (Severin) Nessinger. On October 23, 1954, she married August Arbeiter in Algoma, Wisconsin; he preceded her in death July 18, 2000. Joyce was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Survivors include her children; Linda (Lewis) Christensen, Salt Lake City, Utah; Ann (Tim) McCarrell, Morgan; Peter (Kathy) Arbeiter, Lisa (Michael) Lieungh, and Inez (Ken) Flashberger, all of Green Bay; five grandchildren, Ben Bridges, Travis Arbeiter and special friend, Gretchen, Brian Lieungh, Kendra Flashberger and Kallie Flashberger; one great-grandson, Bountrel (Bo) Bridges; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Chester (Joe) and Betty Lou Nessinger, Algoma and Melvin and Dorothy Nessinger, New York; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Mary Jane Young, Arizona, Kathryn Zastrow, Algoma and Laura and Marvin Matzke, Forrestville; nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and neighbors.
In addition to her parents and husband, August, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, four brothers, John, Ray, Phillip and Ralph and one sister, Caroline.
Friends may call after 4:00 P.M. Thursday, March 9, at Lyndahl Funeral Home where a parish wake service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Visitation will continue after 9:30 A.M. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1224 12th Avenue, where the Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 A.M. with the Rev. Don Everts officiating. Entombment will be at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. Online condolences may be expressed at www.lyndahl.com
