Funeral services for Mr. Benjamin M. Anderson, Omaha, Neb., father of Mrs. Harlow G. Fredrick, were held yesterday at the Burkett Funeral Home in Omaha. Interment followed in the family plot at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Lamoni, Iowa.
Mr. Anderson died Wednesday in Omaha at the age of 84. A retired sales manager of the Carpenter Paper Co. of Omaha, Mr. Anderson was associated with the company for 45 years.
He was a life-long member of Rotary and a high priest in the Reorganized Church of Jesus.
A frequent visitor in Orlando, Mr. Anderson and his wife celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary three years ago at the home of their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Fredrick.
He is survived by his wife Mrs. Audentia Smith Anderson, Omaha; three daughters, Mrs. Fredrick; Mrs. Bertha A. Hulmes, Denver, Colo., formerly of Winter Park; Mrs. Rogene A. Prucha, Lincoln, Neb.; a son Duane S. Anderson, Springfield, Ohio; a brother, David Anderson, Minneapolis, Minn.; a sister, Mrs. Nelle Anderson, Lamoni, Iowa; ten grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
