Funeral services were held Monday at the Erbe-Hoffman Funeral home for Henry Achenbach who died Friday morning at the Wisconsin General hospital, Madison. The Rev. E. L. Hennig officiated and interment was made in the Hillside Cemetery.
Born in Muskegon, Mich., on Aug. 15, 1864, Henry Achenbach came to Wisconsin when he was 19 years old. He lived in Sheboygan for a number of years before coming to Chilton where he has since resided.
He married Miss Anna Stuck, Sheboygan, 49 years ago and she preceded him in death by several years.
Survivors are three daughters and two sons, Mrs. Henry Baltz, Luella and Lucy Achenbach, all of Chilton; Walter of Shawano; and Arthur, now stationed on Okinawa; and ten grandchildren.
