LOUIS KUEHN
Funeral services for Louis Kuehn, 63, Hanna, victim of an automobile accident in which he was killed at 10:30 a.m., Monday, on U. S. 30, one mile west of Hanna, will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday at his home in Hanna, and at 2 p.m., Thursday, in St. John's Lutheran church, Wanatah.
Kuehn was born in Cass township, LaPorte county, on July 4, 1891, the son of Herman and Luisa Kuehn. On Jan. 25, 1925, he married Miss Clara Eichstadt in Hanna.
The deceased, a life-long resident of the area, was a member of St. John's Lutheran church, Wanatah; the Hanna American Legion post, and World War I Veterans, Hanna. He was a farmer.
Surviving in addition to the widow are one daughter, Mrs. Eileen Galbreath, Hanna; two brothers, William of Franktown, Colo.; and Herman of Denver, Colo.; two sisters, Mrs. Mathilda Smith, South Bend; Mrs. Pauline Werner, Wanatah; and three grandchildren, Dean, Edwin and Janice Galbreath, Hanna. One daughter preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the Kuehn home this evening and until time of services Thursday.
