"Mrs. Vernie Marie Bevelle Curtis, 33, wife of John Curtis, died at the family home, 24 Herriford Street, Thursday morning at 11 o'clock. The body is at the Norman Mortuary, from which place funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock, conducted by Rev. J. W. Trower. Burial will be in Edgewood.
