Obit - "Selma E. Nober of Golden Park Apartments, Liberty, a chamber maid at the Monticello Inn, Monticello, died Saturday, Oct. 23, 1993, at Community General Hospital, Harris. She was 80.
The daughter of the late William and Hattie Classen Eldridge, she was born, Sept. 28, 1913, in Mongaup Valley. She was the widow of Louis Nober.
Survivors include one daughter, Louise Gorr of Livingston Manor; three brothers, Charles Eldridge of CT; William Eldridge of FL; and George Eldridge of Liberty; three sisters, Ida Foster of Kauneonga Lake, Hilda Hill of Liberty, and Peggy Gothard of PA; two granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 2-4pm and 7-9pm today at H.C. Bryant Funeral Home, 51 Pearl St., Livingston Manor.
Services will be at 1pm Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. James Persons will officiate.
Burial will be in Orchard Street Cemetery, Livingston Manor.
