Funeral services for John M. Clark Held in Hastings, Monday. Had lived in Council Bluffs for the past four years.
The sad news of the death of John M. Clark of Council Bluffs was received here Saturday. Mr. Clark was a former Hastings resident and had many friends who were shocked to hear of his death. Mr. Clark was about 59 years of age. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Jane Clark of Council Bluffs, a daughter, Mrs. Lela Young of Omaha, a son, Merle B. Clark of Council Bluffs, two sisters, Anna Clark of Council Bluffs, Mrs. Sara Van Auadal of Hastings, and two brothers, Nick and Jas Clark, also of Council Bluffs. Funeral services were held Monday morning from the Jackson Funeral Home in Council Bluffs and burial was made in the Hastings Cemetery.
