Johnny K. Verwiebe was born January 19, 1932 in Lutherville, Arkansas. He was the son of Tony and Ollie Ada Pearson Verwiebe. He died March 28, 2010, at Johnson Regional Medical Center, Clarksville, Arkansas, at the age of 78. He was of the Lutheran Faith and a retired Printer. He is preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Zelda Hawkins, Helen Standridge, Maralee Verwiebe; four brothers, Larry Verwiebe, Bill Verwiebe, Carl Verwiebe, Sonny Verwiebe.

He leaves behind his wife, Gloria Verwiebe of Lamar, Arkansas; three daughters, Dora Otto and husband, Rick of Knoxville, Arkansas, Viola Smith of Bryant, Arkansas, Allegra and husband, Mike Moore of Russellville, Arkansas; two sons, Andy and wife, Linda Verwiebe, Tony Verwiebe of Fort Charlotte, Florida; two sisters, Nell Adams of Clarksville, Arkansas, Ruby Pfeifer of Vancouver, Washington; eleven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be 6-8p.m., Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home, Clarksville, Arkansas. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 1, 2010, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel, Clarksville, Arkansas. Burial will be in the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Lutherville, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be Derick Otto, Patrick Otto, Denvis Moore, Alan Moore, Brannon Smith, Tyler Smith, Joshua Marcaletti, Chris Marcaletti.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Howard Verwiebe, Tony Verwiebe, Jack Horn.
