Daughter of Nathan and Ann Elizabeth Baker Evans, wife of William Wightman Braddy.


LATTA - Mrs. Elizabeth Braddy died this afternoon at the home of her son, W. W. Braddy, after several years of declining health. Mrs. Braddy was 85 years of age, lacking only one day. She was the wife of W. W. Braddy who died 46 years ago.

She leaves two children, W. W. Braddy of Latta and Mrs. J. T. Coleman of Charleston. Eight children are dead. The following brothers and sisters survive her, Captain W. B. Evans of Latta, R. J. Evans of Johnsonville, Lute Evans of Tallahassee, Fla., Mrs. W. H. Jordan of Lake City, Fla., and Lawrence Evans of Hamer.

Mrs. Braddy was a member of Latta Methodist Church.
