Elma C. Bringle 91, of Springfield died Monday at Heritage Manor.
She was born Sept. 27, 1905, in Springfield, the daughter of John and Julia Denton Reeves. She married Julius H. Bringle in Springfield in 1921; he preceded her in death in 1982. Mrs. Bringle, a former member of Christian Bible Church, was formerly employed by Ace Tailor Shop and Lloyd Cleaners.
Survivors: a son, Donald E. "Bus" Bringle of Ocala, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Jackie) Thompson and Betty Eads, both of Springfield; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Marie Crim and Mrs. Yale (Betty Jean) Rowley, both of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Vancil Memorial Funeral Chapel, the Rev.
