Monroe (Buck) Reeves, 92, of Springfield, a former employe of Springfield Boiler Co. for 48 years, retiring in 1947, died midnight Wednesday at St. John's Hospital. A resident of Springfield most of his life, Mr. Reeves was born at Poplar Bluffs, Mo.
Surviving are his wife, Alice Finley Reeves; one son, Larry W.; six daughters, Mrs. Irene Allison, Mrs. Elma Bringle, Mrs.Mrs. Beulah King, Mrs. Dorothy O'Donald, Mrs. Marie Crim and Mrs. Betty Jean Rowley; 13 grandchildren.
Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
