R.T. "Bill" Martin 73, of Bowling Green died at 8:05 p.m. May 27 2001 at Greenview Regional Hospital.
The Butler County native was a member of Cave Springs Baptist Church in Logan County. He was the son of the late John Luke Martin and Leora Givens Martin.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Martin; a son, Rodney Dale Martin of Bowling Green; two daughters Linda Martin and Pam Taylor, both of Bowling Green; three brothers, Sammy Martin and Norman Martin, both of Auburn, and Ellis Martin of Indianapolis; four sisters, Edra Dean Dodson and Pauline Gregory, both of Bowling Green, Sue Alexander of Smiths Grove and Shirley Gilliam of Rockfield; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
