Mary Lou Lafferty, 79, of Ramona died Sunday. She was born in Hays, Kan., and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Pacific Beach Woman's Club.

Survivors include her husband, Eugene Lafferty Sr.; daughter, Shirley Vega of Escondido; sons, William Lafferty of San Diego and Eugene Lafferty of Santee; sisters, Bertha Drees of Hoisington, Kan., and Helen Gross of Hays; brothers, Adolph Binder and Paul Binder of Hays and Julius Binder of Madres, Ore.; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Viewing: 5-7 p.m. tomorrow, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church of Ramona, 537 E St., Ramona. Mass: 10 a.m. Thursday at the church. Donations: flowers, or donations to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church building fund. Arrangements: Bonham Bros., Stewart & Lee Mortuary.
