Glenn Watson Sigler, 78, of 13610 Grandview Drive in Hagerstown, Md., died Friday, Oct. 6, 2006, at his home.

Born Feb. 18, 1928, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late John Henry and Mary Lynn [Linn] Sigler.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Lorraine W. Sigler, on March 9, 2005.

He worked on the Western Maryland Railroad from 1952 to 1990. Before that, he was a mason.

He is survived by [children, grandchildren]. He also is survived by in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by one son, Glenn E. Sigler; two sisters, Regina Forrest and Libby Ogden; and three brothers, Charles Sigler, John Sigler and Robert Sigler.

Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown. The Rev. Loyal H. Vanderveer will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown.
