Eva (went by Eve) Frank was the seventh of thirteen known children of Johann Wilhelm (went by William) Franck/Frank (1731-1804) and Barbara Walk Frank (1735-1815), who married c1751 at Virginia? or Rowan (now Davidson) County, North Carolina? The family moved from Virginia to North Carolina in the early 1750s.
Eve married Peter Byerly (1775-1852) in c1797 at presumably Rowan (now Davidson) County, North Carolina. Peter was a life-long farmer in the area of Rowan County, North Carolina that became Davidson County in 1822.
Eve and Peter were the parents of four known children, namely:
1. George Byerly (178-1887)
2. John W. Byerly (1801-1877)
3. Elizabeth Byerly Snider (c1803-1885)
4. Francis "Frank" Byerly (1806-1896)
After Eve died, Peter remarried to Mary (went by Polly) P. Loman (1803-1878) and had an additional five children, namely:
5. Hiram Byerly (1831-1911)
6. Isaiah Byerly (1833-1926)
7. Nancy Ann Byerly Sowers ((1836-1909)
8. Peter Wesley Byerly (c1842-1862)
9. Margaret Henley Byerly Phillips (1844-1923)
