Thomas F. Doyle, 79, widely-known Muncie man, died at his home, 608 South Grant St., Monday night after a year's illness. Mr. Doyle, with is sons, operated the Doyle Sheet Metal Works on Kirby Ave. He was born in Winchester and had lived in Muncie 55 years.
Surviving are five sons, Ralph, William, John, Carl and Donald, all of Muncie; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Randall of Muncie, and Mrs. Ina Futrell of Hartford City; 11 grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Anna Fletcher of Winchester.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Meeks mortuary by the Reverend E.F. Daugherty. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary.
