A. T. ABHOLD, AREA NATIVE, DIES AT 59

Albert T. Abhold, 59, of 207 N. Irwin Ave., Green Bay, a former resident of Mount Calvary, died Sunday at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay following a lengthy illness.

Born at Mount Calvary on Dec. 20, 1910, he was the son of Peter J. and Ottillia Steffes Abhold. On June 14, 1932, he married Ruth Putmann at Green Bay.

Mr. Abhold is survived by his widow; his stepmother, Mrs. Margaret Abhold, a resident of Villa Loretto at Mount Calvary; and three brothers, Norbert Abhold of Route 2, Campbellsport, Wilfred Abhold of Mount Calvary and Franklin Abhold of Friendship Estates.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter’s Catholic Church at St. Peter.Friends may call after 2:30 p.m. today at Schauer and Schumacher funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe St., Green Bay. Fond du Lac Commonwealth Reporter – Tuesday, September 8, 1970, Page 29
