US ARMY WORLD WAR II - served mainly in England.
Born in Wayne, WV oldest boy and fourth child of Charles D and Rosie (Marshall) Trout. Parents moved to Toledo while he was in the service. Married Geneva (Tyler) Trout on March 1, 1947. Three children, Rose, Peggy and James. Worked at Detroit Toledo Shoreline R.R. for majority of time. He finished the interior on two houses the family lived in and then on labor day weekend of 1960 he started building the family home on Remington Street. He finished it in April of 1961. We kept the house in our family until 2003. Heart condition forced him into disability in 1970. His heart condition was his final demise, but he did live to see his first grandchild born.
