Obituary for Mary Louise Phillips
Mary Louise Phillips, age 67, of Stanford, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2007, at the U.K. Medical Center, Born January 18, 1940, in Lincoln Co. to the late Ray and Ethel Robinson Bastin, she was a homemaker, member of the Stanford Nazarene Church and the American Legion Post #345 women's auxiliary, and the widow of Kenneth Phillips.
Survivors include five sons, Kenneth Ray "Spanky" Phillips of Louisville, Larry (Kathy) Phillips of Douglasville, Georgia, Robbie (Kim) Phillips of Stanford, Michael (Tracy) Phillips of Campbellsville, KY, and Jerome (Tammie) Phillips of Stanford; two daughters, Marilyn (Anthony) Brown of Lancaster, Loretta (Doug) Phillips Wright of Stanford; two brothers, Sam and Truman Bastin of Stanford; three sisters, Bessie Allen of Stanford, Dean Anding of Raleigh, Mississippi and Anne Endress of Oxford, Ohio; and 12 grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Bill and Dale Bastin, and one sister, Ray Jean Weaver.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, November 30, at Fox Funeral Home with Bro. Henderson Goins officiating. Burial will be in the Buffalo Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 pm Thursday, November 29, at Fox Funeral Home.
