Anna Hays Taylor Greene, 93, of Butler died at 9:15 a.m. Monday at her home.
Born Oct. 1, 1906, in Butler, she was the daughter of Wallace and Mabel Stepp Hays.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Richard (Mary Jane) Wise and Mrs. Harry (Jennie Lee) Burtner, both of Butler and Mrs. Betty Marie Casper of West Sunbury; two daughters-in-law, Patricia Taylor with whom she made her home for the last 19 years and Geneva Taylor of Butler; 21 grandchilcren; 30 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dallas L. Taylor Sr., who died March 19, 1937; and her second husband, Hershel E. Greene, who died Feb. 2, 1968. She also was preceded in death by twin sons, a grandson, a great-granddaughter and 11 brothers and sisters.
Friends of Anna Hays Taylor Greee, who died Monday, Feb. 21, 2000, will be received Wednesday....Services will be Thursday. Burial will be at West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
