Minersville, July 31st, Mrs. Elizabeth Billingsley, the beloved wife of W. C. Billingsley, who died in Salt Lake July 28th, was buried here today.

Edwin Eyre, William McKnight and Mrs. Sarah Gillins were the speakers. They spoke in eulogistic praise of the many noble traits of character of the deceased.

Sister Billingsley was in her seventieth year and was the mother of three sons and five daughters. She emigrated to Utah in the early pioneer days and endured many of the trials and tribulations incident to the early settlement of Utah. She was a devoted wife and loving mother and was beloved by a host of relatives and friends. She was steadfast in her belief in the Gospel and died in full faith of a glorious resurrection. She was a true consistent of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She was survived by her husband (who is in poor health) and five children.
