Martha was a graduate of Bessie Tift College and earned her Masters of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Greenville. Martha was the widow of William L. Power and is survived by one sister, Barbara Caldwell Perrow of LaGrange, Georgia, along with many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
