Mrs. Martha Connally Caldwell Power of 6 Fountainview Terrace, Apartment 110, Greenville, SC died April 13, 2017. Born in Meriwether County Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Lamar and Martha Funderburk Caldwell. She was retired from the Georgia Department of Public Health where she was Personnel Administrator. Martha was a graduate of Bessie Tift College and earned her Masters of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Greenville. Martha was the widow of William L. Power and is survived by one sister, Barbara Caldwell Perrow of LaGrange, Georgia, along with many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A graveside service was held on April 17th at the cemetery of Harmony Church in Fountain Inn, South Carolina.ublished in The Greenville News on Apr. 21, 2017
