Mrs Rebecca Hall, aged 73, residing with her daughter, Mrs Florida Murphy, at Stockwell, died this morning of cancer of the stomach. The deceased was one of the pioneer residents of Lauramie township, where she resided for over fifty years.
Her first husband was William Kirkpatrick, who died in 1856. From this union three children survive her, viz: Orth A Kirkpatrick, Serena Reser and Florida C Murphy.

Her second husband, Moses Hall, died about eighteen years ago, two children resulted from her second marriage, Mrs Zua DeHart and Reeve Hall, both deceased, the latter accidentally killed while on a hunting trip in the southern part of the state about a year ago. The deceased had many admirable traits of character and was greatly beloved by all who knew her. She was devout member of the Christian church, having joined the same at Clark’s Hill about seven years ago and on removing to Stockwell transferred her membership there.
