Funeral service for Lester Thomas Adamick will be at 11 a.m. November 19, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Salem.
Interment will be in the North Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum, Salem.
Mr. Adamick died November 16, 2011 at the age of 79 years.
Survivors include his wife, Fleeta Mae Adamick; children, Don Adamick, Salem; Larry Adamick and wife, Shelia, Salem; Joe Adamick and wife, Vicki, Salem; Mary Ann Adamick, Salem; and Diane Adamick, Rolla; ten grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces; nephews; extended family and friends.
Mr. Adamick will lie in state 5 to 8 p.m. November 18, 2011 at James & Gahr Mortuary Chapel with Rosary service at 6 p.m.
