Theodore Victor Anderson is the youngest of seven children born to his parents. Though he is born in South Dakota, he is a babe in arms when his family moves from there to Mille Lacs County, Minnesota in May of 1901. He grows up in Hayland Township in Mille Lacs County. Ted Anderson marries Ravena Ada Boles in 1924. They live in Minnesota initially, but then move to Wisconsin where they farm. They have three children, two boys and a girl. The girl, Delores Jean Anderson, dies in an auto accident while she is in high school. Ted Anderson lives to age 91, dying in 1992.
