KNOXVILLE Funeral services for Katherine Joyce Baird, 73, of Cookeville, formerly of Knoxville, will be held at 1 p.m. on Thurs., Feb. 3, at Highland West FH & Cremations. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today, Wed., Feb. 2, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Baird died on Mon., Jan. 31, 2005, in Bethesda Health Care Center in Cookeville.
Her family includes two sons, Thomas E. Baird Jr. of Oneida and Rick Baird of Knoxville; three daughters, Vickie Dykes of Cookeville, Margaret Rose Vittatoe of Knoxville and Teresa Maynard of Oneida; two
brothers, Thurman and Lonnie Julian, both of Baxter; a sister, Shirley V. Maynard of Cookeville; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and special daughtersinlaw, Jeannie Baird Lawhorn and Karen Baird and families.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Ova Jernigan Julian; her husband, Thomas E. Baird Sr.; a brother, Herman Julian; and a sister, Helen Lois Julian.
