Iva Lucille Moats, 64, of Shenandoah Junction, WV, died on Sunday, December 5, 2004 at her residence. She was born on September 8, 1940 at Grafton, WV and was the daughter of the late Mack Moats and Elsie Lipscomb Moats. She was a member of the Guiding Light Pentecostal Church at Winchester, VA. She is survived by one daughter, Iva L. Small and husband, George of Winchester, VA; one son, Robert L. Graham, Jr. and companion, Bertha Hogan of Ranson, WV; former husband, Robert L. Graham, Sr. of Hampshire County, WV; one sister, Leona Moats; one brother, Alvin Moats of Inwood, WV; companion, Jake Kimble of Shenandoah Junction and four grandchildren, Robert Graham III, Donald Graham, George Small and Greg Small. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Ardith Moats and Goldie Chambers and two brothers, Elmer Moats and Howard Moats. Services will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2004 at 11 AM at the funeral home with the Rev. Bruce Singhas officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant View Memory Gardens at Martinsburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 7 to 9 PM. Memorials may be made to the Eackles-Spencer Funeral Home, P. O. Box C, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425.
