Ipswich - Rose A. Klein, 89, Ipswich, died Thursday, March 4, 2004, at Beverly Healthcare in Ipswich. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, March 8, 2004, at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Ipswich with Fr. Thomas Clement, celebrant. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Liturgical Wake Service is 7 p.m. Sunday, March 7, 2004, at Holy Cross. Visitation is from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Gramm-Hein Funeral Home, Ipswich, and one hour prior to the services at the church. Rose A. Kukrall was born Sept. 4, 1914, to Josef and Rosa (Carda) Kukrall in Geddes, S.D. Her family moved to the Loyalton area where she attended school through the eighth grade. She married Carl Klein on April 17, 1937, in Faulkton, S.D. They made their home in Ipswich after they married. While in Ipswich Rose did a lot of baking, ironing, washing clothes, painting and wall papering for others in the community. Rose was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Ipswich. She enjoyed spending time with her family and baking for friends and family. Rose moved into Beverly Health Care Center in October of 1998 and was residing there at the time of her death. She is survived by two sisters, Emma Kukrall of Faulkton, S.D., and Maimie Linderman of Coon Rapids, Minn., one son-in-law, LeRoy Williams of Ipswich, S.D., six grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Carl Klein, two daughters, Amy Williams and Aldena Parsons, five brothers and four sisters. Casket bearers will be Randy Williams, Scott Williams, Mike Williams, Paul Parsons, Jeff Bruckner and Troy Miller. Honorary casket bearers will be Rose's friends and the staff of Beverly Health Care. Ushers will be Kenny Weber and Delano Kukrall. Randy Williams will serve as the lector. Corrine Jameson will be the organist, with music provided by the Holy Cross Choir.
