Daughter of Joseph and Rosalia (Carda) Kukrall. Cecilia was born October 24, 1896 in Tabor, SD. She was baptised at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church on November 6th, 1896. She married Joseph Kubal on May 26th, 1914 at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Geddes, SD. The couple farmed in both SD, and Montana. They had 2 children.

Cecilia Kubal
HARLOWTON- Cecilia Kubal and her husband came to Montana by immigrant car in 1917 and farmed in Lane until 1950. In 1960 she came to Harlowton to live with her daughter, Grace Ailingham. Mrs. Kubal, 86, died Wednesday evening in her home. She was born in Tabor, S.D., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kukrall. On May 26, 1914, she married Joseph Kubal in South Dakota. He died in 1980. Survivors include two daughters, Anna Stella Davenport of Dillon and Mrs. Allingham; two brothers, Jake of Seneca, S.D., and Pete of Faulkton, S.D.; three sisters, Emma Kukrall of Faulkton, Mayme Lindeman of Minneapolis, Minn., and Rose Klein of Ipswich, S.D. ; and two grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Harlowton Catholic Church with burial in Catholic Cemetery.
