Frank E. Seyller, 65, who engaged in farming in the Burlington and Hampshire area most of his life, died yesterday in St. Joseph's hospital where he had been a patient for three weeks following several years' illness. He was born Sept. 20, 1885 at Burlington. Nine years ago the family moved to their present home on Elgin route 3, near Camp Big Timber. He was affiliated with the Modern Woodmen lodge at Burlington and was a member of St. Laurence Catholic church.

Besides his widow, Louise, survivors are eight sons, Frank of South Elgin, Herman of Burlington and Raymond, Ernest, Ralph, Frederick, Harold and Donald, all of Elgin; three daughters, Mrs. Henry (Theresa) Follman of Bartlett and the Misses Jeanette and Kathryn Seyller at home; 13 grandchildren; five brothers, Anthony and Elvis of Burlington, Henry of Hampshire, and Louis and Michael of Elgin; and three sisters, Mrs. Bernard Sester and Mrs. Raymond Stout of Burlington and Mrs. Edwin Volkening of Elgin. He was preceded in death by a brother, Philip and two sisters, Mrs. Eugene (Anna) Sester and Mrs. Joseph (Loretta) Savage.

Services will be held Monday at 9 a.m. at the O'Connor funeral home, and 9:30 at St. Laurence Catholic church. Burial will be in St. Charles cemetery in Hampshire. Rosary will be recited Sunday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Friends may call after noon, Saturday at the funeral home.

Frank Edward was the son of Michael Joseph and Katherine (Hoffman) Seyller. He married Louise Sester May 12, 1912 and they had eleven children: Theresa, Frank J., Herman P., Raymond, Ernest E., Ralph M., Frederick A., Harold B., Donald, Jeanette, and Kathryn L.
