LUELLA FRANCES CORBITT

Luella Frances Corbitt, 101, of Hopedale, formerly of 802 S. Low Street, Bloomington, died at 5:40 p.m. Saturday (Sept 16, 1995) at the Hopedale Medical Complex. Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington, and at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Bloomington, the Rev. Damian Cesanek officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bloomington. Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the St.Mary's School Fund, Bloomington. 

She is survived by two sisters, Leora Gramm, Normal; and Del-ores Kominoski, Bloomington. She also is survived by several nieces and nephews, including John "Jack" Corbitt of Bloomington. 

She was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters. 

Miss Corbitt was born November 24, 1893, in Gridley, a daughter of Edward J. and Frances Schlink Corbitt.

 She was a member of St Mary's Catholic Church in Bloomington and the St. Ann's Society of the church. She worked as a professional seamstress at the Illinois Soldiers' and Sailors' Children's Home, Normal, and at Paul Anderson's Dress Shop of Bloomington.
