Mossie, age 26, married Isaac Oliver Stroup, 22, in Oklahoma Co, OK on April 4, 1908.

Isaac, age 30, & his wife, Mossey, & their four children lived in Norman, OK when he registered for the WWI draft on June 5, 1917. He was self-farming. He described himself as being in poor health. His physical description was medium height & build, black hair & eyes.

On Jan. 7, 1920,
Isaac, shown as Ike, & Mossie Stroup, ages 33 & 36, owned a home in Kemp Township, Bryan Co, OK where he worked Truck Farming. Their children were Fred, age 9; Minnie, 7; Juanita, 5; John I., 2 years & 11 months; & Robert M., 3 months old. Isaac's mother, Mary Stroup, a widow, age 70, lived with them.

On April 10, 1930,
Isaac & Mossie, ages 43 & 47, were still living in their home in Kemp Township where they were farming. Their children were Fred, age 20; Minney, 18; Juanita, 15; John, 13; Robert, 10; June, 8; & twins, Jeanettie & Geneva, 5.
