George Chaudion, 65, Cicero, died Monday night at Tipton Memorial County Hospital after being in ill health for four years.

He was born in Jacksonville, Ill., to John and Melvina Kain [sic] Chaudion and lived in Bloomington until he moved to Cicero four years ago.

He was a member of the Pentecostal Church and was a retired plaster contractor.

He is survived by his wife, Anna (Pfaff); three daughters, Mrs. Norman (Lucille) Kerfoot, Cicero, Mrs. Joe (Garland) Gerber, Tipton, and Mrs. Chet (Evelyn) Summer, Anderson; six sons, Lloyd, Arcadia, Robert, Charles and Ivan, all of Cicero, Norman, R. 5, Noblesville, and David, Ellettsville; three sisters, Mrs. Clarence (Nellie) Duley, and Mrs. Stella Faux, both of Pekin, Ill., and Mrs. Bill (Leah) Dison, Peoria, Ill.; and 22 grandchildren.

Funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Cusick & Wenger Funeral Home, Cicero, with Revs. K. C. Tiller and Arthur Scalf officiating and burial in Clear Creek Cemetery.

There will be graveside services about 3 p.m.

Friends may call after 7 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.
