Mrs. Daisy M. King, age 82, passed away Thursday afternoon at Mercy Hospital after a long illness. She was born in Twin Lakes, MI. July 26, 1895, lived in the Muskegon area all of her life. On October 23, 1948, she married Claud Clay King in the Sacred Heart Church.
Mrs. King is survived by her husband, Mr. Claud C. King; one son Charles Maynard of Muskegon; and one daughter Mrs. Laurine Johnson of Muskegon Heights; one brother Ora Burns of Reed City; and also 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service and committal will be held at the Lee Funeral Home, on Saturday at 2:00 P.M., with Fr. Robert Rose as celebrant. She will be laid to rest in the Lakeside Cemetery.
