Miss Emma Allen, a sister of Mrs. I. C. Doan, died suddenly of a congestive chill, at her home in Chicago. The remains will arrive here tomorrow morning and will be taken to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Doan. The age of the deceased was 45.

The funeral of Miss Allen will take place tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock from the home of Isaac C. Doan; Interment at Earlham.

The funeral of Miss Emma Allen took place this morning from the home of Mr. And Mrs. I. C. Doan. The interment was at Earlham. The pallbearers were Messrs. Wm. J. Hiatt, Timothy Wilson, Clara Hadley, Turner and Clarence Hadley; Dr. I. S. Harold and Dr. W. O'Neal Mendenhall."
