OAKDALE - Services for Mae Willis Strother will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Bethel Baptist Church with the Revs. Alfred Kennedy and Johnny Miller officiating. Burial will be in Oakhill Baptist Church Cemetery, Oakdale, under direction of Rush, Oakdale. Strother , 69, of Oakdale died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2002, in her residence. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, a native of the Plainview community and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by one son, Audie Strother her parents, Romelzy and Blanche Willis two brothers, Vernon Willis and Memphis Willis and one sister, Minnie Maricle. Survivors include her husband, Joe Strother of Oakdale five sons, Romelzy Strother , Memphis "BB" Strother , Ottis Strother , Joe W. Strother and Johnny Strother , all of Oakdale three daughters, Audrey McDaniel of Glenmora, Rose Ware and Dorothy Stafford, both of Oakdale two brothers, Dan Willis and Mason Willis, both of Glenmora three sisters, Sarah Jane McDaniel of Pitkin, Sarah Anne McDaniel and Margaret Strother , both of Glenmora and 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren
