Edith C. Abert, 65, of Mariposa Street died Dec. 26 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Miss Abert was a life resident of Syracuse. Surviving are two sons, Walter Brewer of Syracuse and Michael of Buffalo; two brothers, Ambrose of Camillus and Arthur of Nedrow; a sister, Marjorie Abert of Syracuse; and three grandchildren. Services are private. Burial is in Woodlawn Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
