He was the son of John and Johana (Janus) Bedlan and was born near Tobias, Ne. and passed away at Lincoln, Ne. He married Mary Ann Dlouhy of Tobias, Ne. on April 26, 1917. To this union was born seven children, twin girls and a baby boy, dying in infancy. He is survived by his wife and sons, Frank "Bud" (Donna)of Belvidere, Ne., John (Kay)of Cheyenne, Wy, daughters, Irene (Lowell) West of Belvidere, Ne. and Ruby (Earl) Peppie) of Geneva.
