Theresa Jane Sunderland Coombs, 90, died on April 1, 1975.

Theresa was born on January 30, 1885, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the daughter of George Oswald and Jane Pond Sunderland. She was raised and educated in Salt Lake City, Utah schools.

She married Fredrick Thomas Coombs on June 21, 1916 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was a member of the Fielding Social Development Club and was also a member of the Emeritus Club of the University of Utah.

She was a housewife and school teacher. She was also a member of the LDS Church where she had served as Primary President, Sunday School Teacher, Visiting Teacher, and member of the Relief Society Presidency.

She is survived by her husband, Fielding, Utah; two sons and two daughters: Virgil Milton Coombs, Fielding, Utah; Arden Coombs, Ogden, Utah; Mrs Earl E (Lyla) Weese, Evert, Washington; Mrs Melvin L (Virginia) Udy, Roy, Utah; 19 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Burial was held in the Fielding City Cemetery, Fielding, Utah.
