Hannah Storey was born in England to Thomas & Jane (Tunnard) Storey. After her father died in an accident, Jane moved to the Peoria/Brimfield, Illinois area with her children. Hannah married Bennett Pearson, for whom she was a domestic servant, after his first wife, Sarah Woods died and left him with 7 children. To Bennett & Hannah, 13 children were born -- Alice, always listed as the oldest, was Hannah's child but raised as Bennett's with the Pearson name. Their children were Alice, Mary, Fred, Will, Charles, Elmer, Ada, Nellie, Edwin, Cora, Arthur, Jesse, Ira and 1 other. Hannah died at her home in Chatsworth on 7 March 1913.
