Violet May Hall 89 of Springdale died May 27, 2011 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born July 20, 1921 in Ft. Smith to Pete and Pearl Johnston Poor. She and her husband owned and operated Hall's Saw Mill for many years.
She also enjoyed gardening, sewing , her flowers and traveling with her husband.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Clarence Hall as well as three sisters and one brother.

She is survived by two sons; Leon Hall Jr. and wife Gaylynn of Carthage, MO and Vernon Duncan of Libby MT, two daughters Glenda Berry and husband Bill of Gravette and Betty Black of Camdenton, MO
Two brothers, Virgil Poor of Sunset, AR and Van Poor of Winslow. Thirteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Rev. Lloyd Johnston officiating. Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery under the direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale

Visitation will be Sunday, May 29, 2011 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
