Mrs. Fred Wheaton died at her home on Chambers street, Saturday, March 26, after an illness of but one week. At the funeral services, Monday, a large concourse of friends assembled to perfrom the last sad rites. The floral offerings were elegant, especially a pillow of roses and carnations containing the words "Our Sister," presented by the Jr. Order, and an anchor of flowers presented by T. C. Gibson Hose Co. Her maiden name was Rhoda Rosanna Hodge and was born July 28, 1870, the daughter of E.W. and A. E. Hodge, the latter having died 18 years ago. She was married to Fred Wheaton December 24, 1891. She was a consistent member of the Methodist Church, and active member in the Sunday School and Epworth League and died in the faith. Among those present at the funeral were: Mrs. Lizzie Scott, Dixmont; J. P. Hodge and Miss Bertha George, Jamestown; Clarence and Travella Wheaton, Warren, O.; Miss Sadie Snedden and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Snedden, Youngstown, O
