Mr. Albert Scholtens, aged 82, of Grant, Michigan, died Monday, November 4, 1996 at his residence in Grant. Surviving are his wife, Geraldine Scholtens of Grant; his children, Simon and Pearl Scholtens of Grant, Alice and James Bandstra of Big Rapids, Harry and Connie Scholtens of Grant; ten grandchildren; two great grandsons; brother, Floris and Sue Scholtens of Grant; brother in law, Henry Geers of Dunnellon, FL. Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM at the Grant Christian Reformed Church on Thursday, November 7 with a family prayer at 12:45 PM with Rev. Joseph VandenAkker officiating. Interment in Hillside Cemetery. Visitation 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Wednesday at the McKinley Funeral Home in Grant. For memorials please consider Grant Christian School Endowment Fund.
