ELSENSOHN- Joseph Lawrence Elsensohn passed away at his home at 1165 Pearl St. on April 28, 1957. He was born October 2, 1873 at Douds, Iowa. his wife, Iva May, passed away in 1949. The deceased was formerly employed by The Eugene Fruit Growers. He is survived by 2 children, Mrs. Howard D. Taylor of Eugene, and Harold Elsensohn, San Diego; a sister, Mary Wills, and a half brother, Horace McLinden, both of California; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at St. Mary's Episcopal Church on Wednesday, May 1 at 2pm Rev. Perry H. Smith officiating. Interment at Rest Haven. Poole-Larsen, funeral directors.
