Survivors: husband, Wendelin; sons, Virgil of Dallas, Melvin, Val, both of Wichita, Larry of Topeka, Wayne of Colorado Springs; daughters, Wilma Baier of Garden City, Carlotta of Wichita, Carol at home; sisters, Regina Schaffer of Wichita, Lizzie Herman of Independence; 32 grandchildren; 35 great- grandchildren. Memorial has been established with Hospice Inc. and St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Broadway Mortuary.
