ROGERSVILLE - Martha Bruner Wallace, age 71, Rogersville died Thursday, May 18, 2006 at Wellmont Holston Valley Hospital.
She was of the Baptist faith and employed with Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Maggie Bruner; brother, Robert Bruner; sisters, Leota Wacks, Vesta Allen and Velma Fields.
She is survived by her husband, James R. Wallace, of the home; sons, James P. Wallace and wife, Sonya and Jeffrey Wallace and wife, Angela; grandchildren, Olivia, Shannon and Austin, all of Rogersville; sisters, Ruby Baxter, Fall Branch, Mary Goodman, Mooresburg, Bobbie Skelton, Church Hill, Lula Jones, Kingsport and Oddetti Blank, Maryland; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Saturday, May 20, 2006 at Christian-Sells Funeral home with Pastor Aaron Price officiating. Graveside services were held Sunday, May 21, 2006 at Hawkins County Memorial Gardens. Christian-Sells Funeral Home, Rogersville was in charge of arrangements.
