Age 85, daughter of the late Wallace Howard and Maria Ann Jones Kerr. She formerly lived in Kennedy, N.Y.

She was a homemaker and also worked as a clerk for a drug store.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis Warren McGinnett, whom she married May 24, 1933, and who died in 1972; a daughter, Alice Mae Amoroso; seven brothers, Clifford, Homer, Ed, Lloyd, Joe, George and Wellington Kerr; and a sister, Thelma Fries.

Survivors include two daughters, Dorothy Thomas and her husband, Paul, of Union City and Laura Culbertson and her husband, Bill, of Edinboro; two sons, Clyde Allen McGinnett and his wife, Ethel, and Melvin Leroy McGinnett and his wife, Sandra, all of Mill Village; four sisters, Helen Marzka and her husband, Don, of Mill Village, Dora Porter and her husband, Delbert, of Union City and Mary Sharp and her husband, Ronald, and June Almazon, all of Waterford; a brother, John Kerr and his wife, Shirley, of Mill Village; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.

Burial will be at Mill Village Cemetery.
