Age 85, of Waterford, the daughter of the late Wallace Howard Kerr and Anna Marie Jones Kerr.

Mary Ann enjoyed knitting, crocheting, bird watching, taking walks, working in her flower garden, and going on car rides in the country with her husband. She was a member of the Mill Village Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by seven brothers: Homer, Clifford, Edward, Joseph, George, Wellington, and Lloyd Kerr; three sisters: Thelma Fries, Louise McGinnett, and Helen Marzka; and son-in-law, Donald Flood (d 6/30/2013 age 63).

Surviving is her husband of 63 years, Ronald B. Sharp Sr., whom she married on June 5, 1954; her four children: Terry Sharp Flood of Erie, Ronald "Blake" Sharp Jr. and his wife LuAnn of Mill Village, Larry Sharp of St. Croix, and Diane Sharp Hill of Pittsburgh; a brother, Wallace Kerr and his wife, Shirley of Mill Village; two sisters: Dora Porter and husband, Delbert of Union City and June Almazon of Edinboro; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in Mill Village Cemetery.
